LETS ROLL…

Things have been slowed with the Trump build lately – I ran up against a wall when I realised the forks I’d restored weren’t right for the twin leading shoe front hub. Turns out the earlier forks are half and inch narrower at the crowns and the fork legs also step in at the bottom… making them come up a good inch too narrow on the spindle…. BASTARDS!… But! I do have a ROLLING CHASSIS and to see it up, with wheels in, is enough to keep me going. Wrong forks or not it’s a thing of beauty!!

Also now that I’m juggling job with being daddy day care I have way way less time to relax (fiddle with spanners)…  The last few weeks have really been a struggle – kids are fuckin hard work… but getting into the flow of things now and so is the wee man… so won’t be long till I get back into the garage and make some progress on the Triumph…
